fa اولویت‌بندی موانع بکارگیری موفق تولید ناب (LM) با مدل دیمتل فازی- مورد مطالعه: صنعت گاز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="rtl">پس از گذشت دو دهه از معرفی سیستم تولید/خدمات ناب (<span dir="ltr">LM</span>)<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1"><span dir="ltr">[1]</span></a> در کشور، در اکثر صنایع به جای تطبیق این مفهوم با صنعت به صورت یک فرهنگ، از آن به صورت ابزاری برای بهبود استفاده می‌شود. بی‌شک <span dir="ltr">LM</span> به عنوان یکی از قدرتمندترین سیستم‌های بهبود کیفیتی، با موانع و مشکلاتی مواجه است. یکی از وظایف عمده‌ی مدیریت ارشد، شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی موانع تولید/خدمات ناب جهت مقابله با موانع مهم است. این پژوهش به دنبال شناسایی موانع کلیدی در بکارگیری و توسعه‌ی موفق تولید/خدمات ناب (<span dir="ltr">LM</span>) می‌باشد. اگرچه محققان کشور به برخی موانع بکارگیری تولید/خدمات ناب اشاره کرده‌اند، اما مروری جامع از این موانع و همچنین ارتباط میان موانع و نهایتاً اولویت‌بندی آن‌ها را بررسی نکرده‌اند.</p> <p dir="rtl">بدین منظور پس از مرور ادبیات و مصاحبه با خبرگان صنعت گاز، 7 مانع بازدارنده (به صورت هفت فرضیه‌ی فرعی پژوهش) در بکارگیری و توسعه‌ی موفق <span dir="ltr">LM</span> در صنعت گاز کشور شناسایی و از نظر روایی تأیید شدند. در ادامه با توزیع 200 پرسشنامه و نهایتاً جمع‌آوری 170 پرسشنامه و محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مربوط به داده‌های هر فرضیه، پایایی تحقیق تأیید شد. سپس با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری (کولموگوروف- اسمیرنوف و میانگین) فرضیه‌ی اصلی تحقیق و فرضیه‌های فرعی پیشنهادی تأیید شدند. در ادامه با استفاده از مدل دیمتل فازی(<span dir="ltr">FDEMATEL</span>) ارتباط میان موانع بررسی شده و نهایتاً این موانع اولویت‌بندی شدند. با عنایت به این مدل و اولویت‌بندی انجام‌شده، یک برنامه‌ی عملی برای مقابله با موانع بکارگیری و توسعه‌ی موفقیت‌آمیز <span dir="ltr">LM</span> در صنعت گاز فراهم شد.</p> <div>&nbsp; <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"> <p><a href="#_ftnref1" name="_ftn1">[1]</a> &nbsp;Lean Manufacturing</p> </div> </div> <p>After the past of two decades of lean manufacturing (LM) introduction in Iran, instead comparing this concept with industry as a culture, it is used as tool for improvement. Without doubt, LM as one of the most strong of quality improvement systems is countered by barriers and problems. One of main tasks of top management is identification and ranking the LM barriers for comparison by important barriers. This research identifies the key barriers in successful implementation of LM. Although the country researchers to point some implementation barriers of LM, But they have not studied the total literature of these barriers, also the relationship between barriers and finally ranking of them.</p> <p>For this purpose, after the literature review and interview with experts of gas industry, 7 barriers (as 7 secondary hypotheses of research) were identified in successful implementation of gas industry, and they were confirmed with validity. Then by distribution and gathering of 170 questioners and using statistical tests (Kolmogorov-Smirnov and mean), the main hypothesis of this research and 7 secondary hypotheses were confirmed. Finally, the relationship between barriers and their ranking were studied using fuzzy DEMATEL model.
