fa اولویت بندی طرح های تولیدی و خدماتی دارای مزیت سرمایه گذاری با توجه به اصول توسعه پایدار (مطالعه موردی : جزیره قشم) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable با توجه به بالا بودن ریسک سرمایه گذاری در فعالیت های اقتصادی نیاز به شناخت فرصت های سرمایه گذاری و اولویت بندی آنها یک امر بسیار مهم است. از طرفی با توجه به محدودیت منابع در ایجاد ظرفیت های جدید تولید محصول (کالاو خدمات)، لازم است گزینه های مناسب از بین فرصت های پیشنهادی انتخاب شوند. بنابراین انتخاب طرح های تولیدی و خدماتی یک تصمیم حیاتی و دینامیک بوده و چالش های خاصی را برای سازمان ها و شرکت ها ایجاد می کند. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی فعالیت های تولیدی و خدماتی جزیره قشم، بر مبنای کد آیسیک (ISIC) جهت شناسایی اولویت های سرمایه گذاری؛ با مد نظر قرار دادن اصول مربوط به توسعه پایدار است. بر این اساس سعی شده است که با استفاده از رویکرد آماری مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری (SEM) و روش تاپسیس، با توجه به شاخص عای تاثیرگذار بر سرمایه گذاری و توسعه پایدار، فعالیت ها و طرح های تولیدی و خدماتی را مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار دهیم و نهایتا اولویت های تولیدی و خدماتی جزیره قشم را برای انجام سرمایه گذاری مشخص نماییم. روش تحقیق، کاربردی و جامعه آماری مورد بررسی را مدیران و کارشناسان بخش های تولیدی و خدماتی فعال در جزیره قشم و خبرگان بخش های صنایع و سرمایه گذاری تشکیل می دهند. نتایج نشان می دهد که صنایع تولید طناب، ریسمان، نخ چند لایه و تور، ماهیگیری دریایی، آبزی پروری دریایی، بیمه، فرآوری و نگهداری ماهی، سخت پوست و نرم تنان پنج طرح دارای اولویت مستعد سرمایه گذاری در جزیره قشم می باشند.   Given the high risk of investing in economic activities, it is important to recognize investment opportunities and prioritize them. On the other hand, due to resource constraints in building new product (product or service) production capacities, it is necessary to select the appropriate options from the offered opportunities. Therefore, selecting product and service plans is a vital and dynamic decision that poses particular challenges for organizations and companies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the production and service activities of Qeshm Island based on ISIC code to identify investment priorities, taking into account the principles of sustainable development. Accordingly, it has been attempted to analyze the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach and TOPSIS method, considering the indices affecting sustainable investment and development, manufacturing and service activities and designs. And finally identify the production and service priorities of Qeshm Island for investment. The research, applied and statistical population of the study consisted of managers and experts of manufacturing and service sectors active in Qeshm Island and industry and investment sector experts.
